In response to high student demand, Lynden travelled to Hong Kong in 2019 to source a reputable manufacturer of high-quality and affordable new saxophones. The brief was to identify a range of instruments that replicated, as closely as possible, the look, layout, handling and sound of a professional Selmer saxophone. The result of Lynden’s research was the creation of the Goldington brand of soprano, alto and tenor saxophones – all of which are exclusively manufactured to order.
